His practice covers the full arc of tax instructions — transaction structure, corporate and partnership tax, indirect tax (VAT, customs, excise), controversy, and Tax Court litigation. From the London desk, Lucian brings the perspective of a U.S.-trained tax practitioner working from the European headquarters of much of his client base.He is called to the bar of New York and the U.S. Tax Court, and admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales. He advises in English and German.
